Metro Apartment Locators/Metro Relocation Services is the premier work at home apartment finding and relocation company in Dallas/Ft. Worth and Houston.  We are a well established company with over 30 agents in the metro areas helping thousands of people each year find the perfect place to call home.  With over 5 million potential office locations to choose from, you really can work anywhere you want to and with zero commute time!  Our services have ranged from a $400/month apartment to an $870,000.00 sale! 

 

Our agents keep most of their billings -- At some real estate and apartment locating firms, the agents keep as little as 40% of what they bill each month.  Most are keeping only 50%, and a few actually allow their top producers to take home 60% with the broker receiving the remaining 40-60%.  At Metro, all of our agents keep a higher percentage of all of their billings.  Whether you bill $1,000 or $20,000 a month, you will receive more of what you bill. 

Our agents office in the comfort of their own homes -- There are over 5 million office locations to choose from when you work with Metro.  Any house in the Houston and Dallas/Ft. Worth metropolitan areas is a potential office for you.  With that many locations to choose from, there's probably one near you.

Our agents set their own goals -- "You can't soar with the eagles when you are working with turkeys."  At Metro we do not set minimum (or maximum) quotas for our agents.  Some of our agents have full time jobs away from Metro and only occasionally assist prospects in finding a new home.  Other agents, who work full time, regularly bill from $5,000 - $15,000/month.  Set your own goals according to your own needs and enjoy the rest of the month with your family and friends. 

Our agents set their own hours -- Along the same lines, our agents can work whatever hours they choose.  Take vacation whenever they like.  Some prefer to work 9-5, some 9-2, some 7AM - 7PM.  Because of the world wide web, this business can truly be done at any hours of the day or night.  Now you can work all night and play all day because the office (your home) is available to you 24 hours a day.

Our agents are their own boss -- All Metro agents are independent contractors.  Of course you do have a broker that sponsors you and, as such, will take an interest in your marketing efforts and will provide as much support and as little interference as each agent prefers.  Metro enjoys a strong reputation in the marketplace and we rigorously comply with all rules and regulations of the Texas Real Estate Commission.

Our agents choose their own field of expertise -- Our agents cover a broad range of real estate services.  Whether you want to sell homes, represent home buyers, locate rental properties including apartments and/or homes, or assist in relocating corporate personnel to either of the Metro areas, you are welcome to do so at Metro and keep 80% of what you bill for yourself!

Our agents do their own marketing -- Have you ever had to answer calls from an ad placed by your office manager designed strictly to make the phone ring, (bait and switch ads)?  Our agents never have to answer a call from an ad that they personally did not place.  Our agents choose the type of clients they work with from the type of advertising they choose to do.  Whether you want to sell new homes, sell used homes, locate apartments, rental homes or town homes, you decide and you advertise accordingly.  There are a million ways to attract clients for any given field of expertise, our agents choose the one that works best for them.
